ABOUT THE MAKER
"For as long as I can remember I’ve had a paintbrush in my hand. I come from an artistic family and was encouraged to flex my creative muscles at a young age. I find inspiration in the Lowcountry landscape, mark-making of the 20th century impressionists, and the unique ways light, shadow and color interact.
That inspiration took me to Appalachian State University where I received my Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design. This background in graphic design has led me to experiment with digital mediums and methods of creating art. Since then, I’ve worked as a graphic designer, stationer and artist. I now reside in Charleston, South Carolina."
