Return Policy
How do I return my online order?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please send an email to orders@celadonathome.com to initiate a return or exchange.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for a refund back to your original form of payment. After 14 days, we can return your purchase to store credit. After 30 days, items can no longer be returned for refund. Once your items arrive back to Celadon, we will issue your return, minus original shipping charges.
*Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned! Refunds are issued at Celadon’s discretion, so long as they are in the new and unused condition that they were purchased.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect all items before signing off on the BOL or allowing the driver to leave. If your order arrives in such a condition, please contact us immediately.
