A classic British design since first manufactured in the 1860s, the Gluggle Jug brings a fun and vibrant feel to any table setting or decor! The Gluggle Jug is crafted from lead free, fully vitrified ceramic and is glazed inside and out so it is waterproof and food-safe, providing the famous and entertaining "gluggling" sound whether you use it to pour drinks at the table or water your houseplants.

ABOUT THE MAKER
"Our workers are the ones that produce these wonderful water jars for over 30 years! Its a highly skilled job and they are the ones to know how to do it! We recently acquired the IP rights in the Gluggle Jug business from WADE CERAMICS - Wade went into administration December 2022 and shut its two factories down. Distributing the jugs in Europe for more than a decade, we thought that we could not let that happen! Within two weeks after closure, we reopened the one factory that made the jugs, rehired the entire team and went back to work!
