Shipping & Returns
We know what it’s like waiting for a package to arrive, so we make every effort to get your Celadon goods to you as soon as possible. Unless otherwise stated, please allow 2-3 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment. (During sitewide sales, it may take up to 7-10 business days.) After your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Most orders will arrive in 2–7 business days (depending on your proximity to South Carolina) after they’re shipped. All domestic shipping is by UPS or USPS from our store in Mt. Pleasant, SC. Please note your order may encounter carrier delays that are outside of Celadon’s control. At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States.
Thank you for making sure the shipping information you provide is accurate! If you discover an error on your confirmation email, please inform us ASAP, and if your shipment hasn’t already gone out, we’ll quickly make the correction. If orders are undeliverable and returned to sender due to incorrect information we’ve received, we will be happy to resend the order after we’ve received the item and collected new shipping fees. We can also issue a refund for the order, minus the original shipping charges.
Store Pick Up Info
If you’re local to Charleston we offer the option to pick up your order at our Mt. Pleasant Store! Unless otherwise stated, please allow 2-3 business days for us to prepare your order for pick-up. Once your order is ready for you, you’ll receive a notification via email. If you arrive prior to receiving this notification, we cannot guarantee that your order will be ready for pick up. Please note that our E-Commerce staff only works Monday through Friday! We appreciate your patience!
Returns & Exchanges for Online Orders
We are committed to providing you with a seamless online shopping experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange. Shoot us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll give you instructions for returning your goods.
All refunds are issued via original payment method (minus shipping) within 30 days of purchase date. Late returns will be refunded to store credit, assuming they are in their new and unused condition. Refunds issues may take up to 10 days to process.
At our discretion, refunds may be issued for used or damaged items. Please send an email to email@example.com if your purchase arrives damaged and be sure to include photos of the damaged pieces as well as the original packaging.
IN STORE / WAREHOUSE PURCHASES
Returns & Exchanges
If for some reason your purchase doesn’t work out, we accept returns within 14 days for a full refund to the original payment method. Returns to store credit must be within 30 days. Cash refunds may only be offered up to $25.00
At Celadon’s discretion, refunds outside of the 14 day period may be returned for store credit, so long as they are in the new and unused condition that they were purchased.
Returns must be done in-person at the location the item was purchased, either our Mt. Pleasant store location or our North Charleston Warehouse location.

*Items that are not eligible for refund/return: Outlet purchases, Store Clearance purchases, Plants. Custom orders can be returned for a 25% restocking fee.*
Celadon offers a local delivery service that serves a 20 mile radius from our Warehouse location in North Charleston (2221 Noisette Blvd.). Deliveries can be set up at the time of purchase through the Sales Associate you’re working with.
We also offer delivery to Charlotte on the third Thursday of every month.
- Where: Up to 15 miles off of 26 from Charleston to Charlotte
- Cost: $200 for your first 5 items, additional costs per item after 5
- How: Ask your sales associate at the time of purchase
Deliveries can be set up at the time of purchase through the Sales Associate you’re working with.
Out of State Delivery
For out of state deliveries or deliveries outside of our current options, we work with a third party furniture carrier for a White Glove Delivery Service. Due to the nature of the service, please expect extended processing and delivery times. To receive a shipping quote, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following:

- Items you wish to purchase
Freight charges will vary due to the size of the item and location it is being shipped to.
It is up to the customer to ensure that the finished product will fit inside entry points upon delivery of the item. Celadon will not be held responsible if the piece does not fit into the buyer’s home.
After the item arrives at the carrier’s warehouse, the delivery company will contact you via phone, email or text to schedule a delivery date and time that works for you. Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9-5.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect all items before signing off on the BOL or allowing the driver to leave. If your order arrives in such a condition, please contact us immediately.
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you place an order on the site. We may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information.
We also collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes.
How do we protect visitor information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases to be only accessed as stated above.
Do we disclose the information we collect to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice, except as described below. It also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.
However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Online Policy Only
We are proud to find you one-of-a-kind items for your shopping experience, however that means items tend to sell-out quickly. In order to accommodate we make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. If an item is not available for your immediate shipment, you will see a future shipping date (eg: Ships on Aug. 1) when you view that item in your shopping cart. We will notify you directly in the event that a product’s availability date changes.
