Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week via our web site. Celadon Home accepts all major credit cards.
Shipping & Delivery
Celadon Home processes orders Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm. Orders placed on the weekends will be processed the following week. Orders placed by 5 p.m. can be shipped the next business day, however we do not make any guarantees on delivery times.
Please keep in mind that the delivery clock starts when the package is in the hands of the carrier not when the order is placed.
Most items will be shipped directly from our retail store in Mount Pleasant, SC, however any items drop-shipped directly from a vendor may take longer to process. For this reason, orders placed together may ship separately.
Shipping prices are based on the value of the items you are purchasing. Please use the chart below to estimate the standard shipping/ handling charge for your order. If you have any questions or concerns about the fees, please feel free to email email@example.com.
If you need rush delivery, please contact customer service prior to ordering.
We do not ship internationally at this time.

￼￼Returns & Exchanges
We are committed to providing you with a seamless online shopping experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you have 72 hours from receipt of your order to email a return request to Ecommerce, firstname.lastname@example.org.
All refunds are issued via original payment method. Late returns are considered at Celadon’s discretion, and may only be refunded for store credit.
We recommend all returns be sent insured with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. All items must be unused and in new condition with any tags still attached. All original boxes must be kept in order to file a damage claim with the carrier.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and sent back to customer. Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed. Any custom orders or sale items are Final Sale.
Please note that some of our products are antique vintage textiles, and therefore they may have blemishes. These items are meant to be unique, therefore the product cannot be considered defective. All return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.

What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you place an order on the site. We may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information.
We also collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes.
How do we protect visitor information?

It also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.
However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Online Policy Only
We are proud to find you one-of-a-kind items for your shopping experience, however that means items tend to sell-out quickly. In order to accommodate we make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. If an item is not available for your immediate shipment, you will see a future shipping date (eg: Ships on Aug. 1) when you view that item in your shopping cart. We will notify you directly in the event that a product’s availability date changes.
