    Job brief:

    Celadon is searching for an Office Manager Assistant!

    Accounting Responsibilities:

    • Review Daily Closings, for accuracy
    • Enter all invoices and credit memos in Quickbooks
    • Responsible for reconciliation of credit card statements
    • Order Company supplies while maintaining monthly budget goals
    • Solve customers issues regarding damages and returns, etc.
    • Prepare and submit all damage claims to vendors in a timely manner.

    Human Resources Responsibilities:

    • Help track and answer questions on HR benefits.

    Qualifications:

    • Quickbooks experience
    • Human Resources Benefits Experience (a plus, not required)
    • Computer savvy, detail oriented, willingness to learn
